What It Is
REJURAN HB Plus is a doctor-administered injectable medical device combining sodium polynucleotide (PN), sodium hyaluronate (HA) and lidocaine. In Malaysia, the registered device contains PN 1%, HA 1% and lidocaine hydrochloride 0.3% in a 1 mL prefilled syringe, with a registered intended purpose of temporarily improving adult crow's-feet through physical recovery.
Main Use
Its clearest registered use in Malaysia is the temporary improvement of adult crow's-feet. In practice, your doctor may also assess overall skin quality, hydration and fine-line concerns, with treatment area and indication always remaining doctor-led rather than treated as a one-size-fits-all skin booster.
Main Benefits
The treatment is positioned around three priorities: PN-based skin-quality support, HA-related hydration and greater comfort from the lidocaine-containing formulation. It isn't intended to create facial volume, replace structural lifting, or act as a primary treatment for pigmentation, active acne or significant scarring.
How It Works
PN and HA are delivered intradermally to support the skin environment and hydration, with HA helping retain water and the lidocaine component reducing injection discomfort. Changes in texture and fine lines are generally assessed progressively rather than expected as an immediate structural change.

Results Timeline
Hydration may be noticed relatively early because the formulation contains HA. Improvements in fine lines and overall skin quality are usually more gradual, and are best assessed over the following weeks and across the treatment course rather than from one session alone.
Results Longevity
Results are not permanent and vary between patients. Skin quality is influenced by age, sun exposure, skincare, smoking, hormones, stress, lifestyle and the treatment area; after the initial course, maintenance can be individualised according to response.
Downtime
Temporary injection bumps, redness, mild swelling, tenderness, pinpoint marks or bruising can occur. These usually settle progressively over hours to several days, though the eye area can remain puffy or bruised for longer in some patients.
Side Effects
Common effects are injection-related redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and temporary bumps. Less common complications can include infection, prolonged inflammation, nodules, pigmentation change or allergic reactions; because the product contains lidocaine, allergy and local-anaesthetic history should also be reviewed beforehand.
Alone Or Combined
REJURAN HB Plus can be used alone when the main objective is PN-based skin-quality support and hydration. If you also have redness, pigmentation, scarring or laxity, your doctor may combine or sequence it with a treatment that targets that concern, always purposefully rather than just adding more procedures.
REJURAN HB Plus is not simply a filler or a conventional skin booster. It combines PN skin-quality support with HA hydration and lidocaine for added treatment comfort.
