NCTF 135HA
Hydration. Radiance. Better Skin Quality.
An injectable polyrevitalisation skin booster designed for dehydrated, dull or early-ageing skin, without adding facial volume.
Type
Doctor-administered injectable skin booster / polyrevitalisation
Main Focus
Hydration, radiance, fine superficial lines and overall skin quality
Duration
30–45 minutes
Course
3 sessions, approximately 3 weeks apart, then individualised maintenance

What It Is
NCTF® 135 HA by FILLMED is a doctor-administered skin-quality treatment combining free, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a multi-component formulation of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleosides and glutathione. In parts of Asian aesthetic marketing it's informally called the "Chanel Injection" or "Chanel Skin Booster", a nickname only, with no affiliation to CHANEL.
Main Use
It's best suited to skin that looks dehydrated, dull, tired, rough or less supple, as well as early superficial lines and early skin-quality changes. It is not intended to reshape the face or replace treatments for significant laxity, deep scarring, active acne or established pigmentation disorders.
Main Benefits
The main treatment goals are improved hydration, fresher radiance, smoother texture and a better overall appearance of skin quality. Fine superficial lines related to dehydration may also look less noticeable as the skin becomes better hydrated.
How It Works
Free hyaluronic acid helps attract and retain water within the skin. The accompanying multi-component formulation provides skin-supportive nutrients and cofactors. The aim is to improve hydration and the skin environment rather than create structural volume. Results are usually progressive.
Who It Suits
It can suit adults who feel their skin looks tired, dry, dull or less smooth, or who want fresher-looking skin without changing facial shape. There is no fixed best age. In practice, it's commonly considered from the late 20s onward, with many suitable patients in their 30s to 50s. Skin condition matters more than chronological age.
Treatment Duration
Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for the appointment. This may include cleansing, skin preparation, comfort measures where appropriate and the treatment itself.
Sessions Needed
A common starting plan is 3 sessions, usually spaced approximately 3 weeks apart. The exact number depends on baseline skin quality, treatment goals, lifestyle and whether NCTF is being used alone or as part of a combination plan.
Results Timeline
Some patients notice improved hydration and freshness within the first several days. Radiance, smoother texture and healthier-looking skin quality may become more noticeable over approximately 1 to 2 weeks and across the treatment course. The result should be assessed progressively rather than judged from one session alone.
Results Longevity
Results are not permanent and vary between patients. Skin quality is influenced by age, sun exposure, skincare, stress, smoking, hormones and lifestyle. After the initial course, maintenance can be individualised according to how the skin responds and your wider treatment plan.
Downtime
Downtime is usually relatively low. Temporary small injection bumps, redness, mild swelling, tenderness, pinpoint marks or bruising can occur. These usually settle over hours to several days, although individual recovery varies.
Side Effects
Common effects are injection-related redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and small temporary bumps. Less common complications can include infection, prolonged inflammation, nodules, pigmentation change or allergic reactions. Suitability and risks are reviewed by your doctor before treatment.
Alone Or Combined
NCTF can be used alone when the main concern is dehydration, dullness or general skin quality. When additional concerns such as redness, pigmentation, scarring or laxity are present, your doctor may combine it with a treatment that targets that specific problem. Combination treatment should always be purposeful, not simply adding more procedures.
NCTF is about improving hydration, radiance and overall skin quality, not changing the shape of the face.

At Dr.D Signature Clinic, NCTF is selected according to your skin condition rather than used as a one-size-fits-all treatment.
